LetsGoTo.College is a college visit planning platform that allows users to:

• Save colleges to personalized lists
• Create trip itineraries with optimized driving routes
• Access tour booking information and links
• Track visit schedules and trip budgets

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial period, you will need to subscribe to continue using premium features.

Subscription Plans

Our premium subscription is available at:

• $149 per year (annual billing, 35% savings)

Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for renewal fees. Prices may change with 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• Your data will be retained for 90 days in case you resubscribe

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

Our college information is sourced from the U.S. Department of Education College Scorecard and other publicly available sources. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of college data
• College information may change without notice
• You should verify all information directly with the colleges
• Tour availability and booking information is provided as a convenience only

7. Intellectual Property

The LetsGoTo.College service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LETSGOTO.COLLEGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LetsGoTo.College, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
